Papers of a former FBI agent who was involved with investigating and prosecuting the German American Bund and its leaders in the New York City area and Milwaukee, Wis. during World War II. Walker was the agent in charge of investigation in the Paul Knauer deportation case. Included are memoranda, copies of various forms used by the agents, a "wanted" poster, a glossary of names of German organizations and terms, a transcription of a Nazi songbook, information packets, chronologies, an article by Walker about the Bund and his investigation, court documents, essays and a book review by Walker, and photocopies of clippings concerning the Knauer trial in Milwaukee.

The FBI established this classification when it assumed responsibility for ascertaining the protection capabilities and weaknesses of defense plants.
